Thank you very much for your time.
I suggested Kiddo World to some friends of ours throwing a party for one her daughters. The show itself was great, there were lots of activities for all of the kids to do together, sing alongs, a little tunnel kids could go through, and a bunch of other activities and props, with little carnival games and such. Everything was very nice and organized and the performance is designed to engage the kids at all times, so they're never bored, and actively encourage participation from everyone. A very nice touch was the kids receiving little knick-knack toys in the beginning for no extra charge, which, considering their pretty low price (shopped around, these guys are pretty much the cheapest in the bay area), was great. All in all, a great value for kids entertainment, and myself, as well as the birthday girl's mom, will definitely call again for other parties, as they offer a variety of characters. They're also pleasantly flexible with the activities, and more than willing to take pictures with the kids/families, birthday cake, etc. A+ service.
I hired Kiddo World as a surprise for one of my close friends throwing a birthday party for his son.
I was a little skeptical but figured I had nothing to lose. I was surprised and gratified at the wonderful response - both from the kids at the party and my friend (and his very picky wife).
The show was simple for kids to follow and highly entertaining. But the moment that still gives me goosebumps when I think about it was when the character walked into the restaurant to the astonishment of all the kids (and my friends- the only two adults in the dark about the show). The kids just froze for a moment and then squealed with delight. That's when I knew it was going to be a good day.
The rest of the show went like a blur - songs, tunnels, basketball, all kinds of kid stuff I've been insulated from (I don't have kids) but found refreshingly entertaining. The best part was how some adults felt compelled to join their kids.
If I ever throw a party for kids, I'm definitely calling Kiddo World. But I would recommend using them in lieu of a gift-as-usual like I did - makes you stand out without stealing the thunder from your guests and the birthday boy/girl.
